Blueberry Crumb Bars

Blueberry Crumb Bars, originally uploaded by ParsecTraveller.

A delicious recipe I came across at nookandpantry.blogspot.com/. These bars have warm blueberries on the inside with a crumbly, sweet, and buttery crust. They are easy to make and very satisfying. Try them!

*I would, however, use more sugar than the recipe at Nook & Pantry called for.

These look like a great candidate for all those blueberries I have in the freezer.

I like things non so sweet so I would probably love the sweetness.

Those bars look really good, I will have to give them a try.

I just baked a blueberry pie a couple weeks ago that has grated granny smith apples and tapioca flour to make it stiff. It was really good, I keep forgetting to post about it.

You have such gorgeous photos! Bummer the dessert wasn't as sweet as you wanted. I tend to make baked goods less sweet, sorry about that.
