I just made this quiche lorraine from a recipe found in a 35-year-old French cookbook, La Cuisine Toute Simple.The quiche was actually pretty good. Just make sure you use plenty of Gruyère cheese - that makes for the best flavor!

That looks good, I will have to see if I can find some of these Quiches.You really live in one amazing part of the country, the castle rock looks like a great place to visit. And all the morning glory photo's make we want to grow some just to photography them.
