After seeing some great recipes for French onion soup, I decided to try my hand at the dish. The end product was a success!
The soup was actually very easy to make - it just took a while to cook the onions.
Anybody have experience with French onion soup?
Never cooked it, just like to eat it with lots of crusty Italian bread like you have it pictured.
ReplyDeleteI have seen this made on a few cooking shows and have always wanted to make it but never get around to it.
ReplyDeleteI should give it a go soon, perfect time of year to make it with all the onions being harvested.
OH, reminds me that I haven't made that in a while!
ReplyDeleteYes! It's one of my favorite soups to make, but the length of time it takes usually keeps me from making it very often.
